Very High Speed At Hamilton JP Court

Kept Licence
Hamilton Sheriff and Justice of the Peace Court

Curiously an alleged speed of 109mph in a 70mph limit was prosecuted as speeding.

Our Mr Simpson appeared at Hamilton JP Court to defend the case and was able to negotiate a plea with the Crown which reduced the speed to 100mph.

Following a plea-in-mitigation, the Court endorsed our client's licence with 4 penalty points and fined him £270.

An outstanding result in the circumstances.
