Our client was charged with travelling at 81mph on the M74. Having spotted a very obscure, technical loophole in the evidence we approached the Procurator Fiscal who reluctantly agreed to drop the prosecution. This was a fantastic result as our client was at risk of disqualification through the totting-up procedure for such a low level speed.
