Glasgow Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

Our client was accused of dangerous driving by overtaking a parade going through Glasgow's glittering West End. He denied the accusation.

We were instructed to plead Not Guilty and we thoroughly examined the case.

Our Mr Simpson appeared for the Trial on 7th February 2025. A soft plea to careless driving was offered by the Crown, but Mr Simpson rejected the offer.

No ban, no points, no fine.

Job done.
