Dangerous Driving Charge Speeding
Having been accused of driving dangerously by travelling at excessive speed in a residential area our client - whose driving licence was a prerequisite of his employment - was understandably worried. The case proceeded through the usual process: a plea of not guilty was tendered, an intermediate diet assigned at which the case was continued to trial. Following rigorous cross-examination of police witnesses, the Court found our client not guilty of dangerous driving. He was acquitted of the charge and had no points attached to his licence and no fine was imposed. Our client was delighted with the outcome.
