Our client was charged with dangerous driving by driving at excessive speeds, overtaking when unsafe to do so by crossing a solid white line and continuing to drive on the opposing carriageway whilst approaching a blind junction. We negotiated a plea with the Crown to a reduced charge of careless driving which resulted in the imposition of penalty points which allowed our client to hold on to his driving licence.
