Not Guilty After Trial Of Speeding On White Cart Viaduct

Our client was charged with speeding at 70mph on the White Cart Viaduct at a time when the speed limit had been reduced to 40mph due to temporary roadworks. The case proceeded to trial and our client was found not guilty on the basis that the Crown failed to prove the accuracy of the speed measurement.
