Our client had already pled guilty to driving without insurance and a Special Reasons Proof had been assigned. 

Our Mr Simpson attended Glasgow Justice of the Peace Court on 21st November 2022 to deal with the case. Ever the optimist, Mr Simpson managed to persuade the Procurator Fiscal Depute to allow his client's guilty plea to be withdrawn, and further, persuaded her to acccept a plea of Not Guilty.

Our client received no points, no fine, and no criminal record.
