New Driver Keeps Licence Not Guilty Speeding

A conviction for speeding would have caused DVLA to issue a notice of revocation as our client was subject to the new driver provisions having already picked up three points for a minor matter. We were instructed to defend the case and our client was found not guilty at Glasgow Justice of the Peace Court on technical grounds.
