Livingston Sheriff Court Drug Driving Not Guilty

Kept Licence
Livingston Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

Our client was charged with possession of drugs and provided blood test results for various substances which were vastly in excess of the prescribed limits for driving.

We advised that the case was extremely difficult and that there was a presumption in favour of conviction.

We thoroughly investigated the case and discovered some anomalies.

Three separate charges of driving whilst significantly over the limit were ultimately dropped and our client pled to simple possession of drugs resulting in a fine of £470.

A truly remarkable result.
