Kilmarnock Dangerous Driving Charge Not Guilty
Our client was accused of dangerous driving by failing to observe a temporary red light and thereafter hitting the workman who was operating the temporary lights to his injury.
We advised our client that our opinion was that the standard of his driving was careless as opposed to dangerous and as such the case ought be rigorously defended.
We appeared at Court and successfully persuaded the Sheriff that the standard of our client's driving was careless as opposed to dangerous. Our client's licence was endorsed with 8 penalty points accompanied by a modest financial penalty.
