This case involved a Unipar SL700 speed check on the M74, near to junction 1 at Polmadie Road, Glasgow. Our client was clocked at 76 miles per hour in a 50 limit. The issue here was that our client already had nine counting penalty points on his licence. Having employed our team to defend the case, our client was found not guilty after trial on the grounds that the Crown failed to prove the case against him beyond reasonable doubt.
