Failure To Stop Accident Lothian Buses

Our client had been accused of colliding with a bus in his HGV. He was absolutely unaware of having been involved and hence could neither stop nor report this incident.

We spotted a fundamental issue with the case, a technicality, and were able to persuade the Crown to discontinue proceedings.
