Failing To Identify The Driver

Our client was accused of failing to identify the driver.

She was on 9 penalty points and any further endorsation would have resulted in loss of licence and loss of employment.

Our Mr Simpson attended at the trial on 17th January 2025 and spoke to the Procurator Fiscal. The Crown, with considerable hesitation, was persuaded to discontinue the case.

Our client's licence (and employment) was retained.
