Failing To Identify Driver Deserted Simpliciter
This matter was scheduled to call for trial on 26 February 2020 within Dumfries Justice of the Peace Court. The allegation related to a purported failure to identify who was driving a particular vehicle when it had been captured by a roadside camera speeding. There was a bit of a background to the case however, in the end, none of that mattered due to a technical issue which we had identified pre-trial in relation to the drafting of the particular charge. The case was treated as not called which brough matters to a successful conclusion for our happy client.
