Our client had been disqualified from driving for a period of 5 years. At the halfway point his employment was under threat. He would ordinarily have had to serve out the remaining two and a half years. He had a family to support and was told by his employer that unless he could get his driving licence restored he would be out of a job. Following detailed written arguments and oral representations made to the Court, the period of disqualification was ended that day, our client was permitted to return to driving and his job was saved.

Our client had a highly specialised job and his company changed his role making a driving licence essential. Unfortunately, our client was half way through a 4 year ban imposed for a second drink-driving conviction. We took a full history from our client and obtained a smorgasboard of supporting documentation.
