Our client was accused of driving a bus, colliding with a lorry and driving off having caused a significant amount of damage.

The case called for trial at Dumfries JP Court on 22nd December 2023. Our Mr Simpson attended and, having spotted a technical line of defence, spoke to the Procurator Fiscal assigned to prosecute the case. Following discussions, and with considerable hesitation, the Crown conceded the case and our client was free to go.
