Driver Retains Licence With 16 points

Our client needed his licence for work and following an exceptional hardship proof was allowed to continue to drive on 16 penalty points. We successfully argued that exceptional hardship would be caused to his family and it would make it very difficult for him to obtain work without the ability to drive. The key to a successful exceptional hardship argument is extensive preparation and a thorough knowledge of current law.
