Drink Driving Ends With 10 Points

Kept Licence
Glasgow Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

Our client was pulled over on the motorway for speeding and breathalysed and found to be over the limit.

As a disqualification loomed, our client was advised to contact our Firm for assistance.

The case called at Glasgow JP Court twice and on both occasions our Mr Simpson appeared.

There was an issue in the Crown's preparation upon which Mr Simpson was in a position to capitalise.

The Crown, with considerable hesitation, was persuaded to reduce the charge of drink-driving to simply being 'in-charge'.

Our client mercifully escaped with their licence in tact, albeit with 10 penalty points thereon.

An exceptional result.
