Drink Driving Dropped Edinburgh Sheriff Court

Kept Licence
Edinburgh Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

Our client was accused of drink-driving and initially instructed a plea of guilty. However, our Mr Simpson spotted a technical line of defence at the Undertaking. His advice was to plead 'Not Guilty' and put the Crown to the test.

The case called for Trial at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on 6th November 2024.

Following representations made to the Crown, the case was discontinued.

Our client was correctly acquitted of the charge and left Court with her licence in tact.
