Drink Driving Charge Dropped Edinburgh

Our client was accused of drink-driving which carries a minimum mandatory 12 month ban upon conviction. Our Mr Simpson attended Edinburgh Sheriff Court on 24th August 2023 and held a series of meetings with senior prosecutors. His contention was that a prosecution of our client was not "in the public interest". 

At around 4:30pm that afternoon, the Procurator Fiscal accepted a Not Guilty plea to the charge of drink-driving.

Our client kept her driving licence.
