Drink-Driving Charge Dropped At First Court Hearing

Our client had been accused of drink-driving. On 5th July 2023, our Mr Simpson attended and spotted an anamoly. The drink-driving charge was promptly dropped. Our client pleaded guilty to a minor charge - careless driving - which attracted a discretionary ban.
