Drink Driving Allegation Deserted

Another case where the Crown motion to adjourn for further preparatory time was refused. In these circumstances, if the Crown makes no further motion, then the case is deserted simpliciter. It was the end of the line for the Crown in this case and our client left the court with his driving licence intact.
