Dangerous Driving On The M77
A rather unusual case: an allegation of dangerous driving by riding a motorcycle the wrong way on the hard shoulder. The circumstances were that the footpeg had fallen off and, instead of walking to an emergency phone our client chose to ride, slowly, to retrieve and re-attach it.
Attempts by a previous agent to resolve matters had fallen on deaf ears and so, faced with a minimum one year disqualification and compulsory order to re-sit the extended driving test, he turned to us for help. We can still make a difference even when engaged late in the day, and are happy to report that the Crown was eventually persuaded by us to accept his not guilty plea to dangerous driving.
