Dangerous Driving Glasgow Not Guilty No Points
Our client was charged with dangerous driving (s.2 of the Road Traffic Act 1988) by driving at speeds in excess of the speed limit and inappropriate for the prevailing road and weather conditions. Evidence was led by the Crown from two Police officers, both of whom gave evidence that our client had driven at grossly excessive speeds for the road conditions. Following cross-examination and legal submissions our client was found not guilty of dangerous driving (and the implied alternative of careless driving) and was free to leave the dock with his driving licence still in one piece.
