Dangerous Driving Ayr 5 Penalty Points

Kept Licence
Ayr Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

Our client was accused of dangerous driving by speeding at 100mph and narrowly missing the central reservation. He was charged and the matter proceeded to trial.

Our Mr Simpson attended at the first trial which was postponed, and the second trial where - following negotiations with the Crown - the case finally resolved by the Crown conceding that the driving was merely careless.

Our client's licence was ultimately endorsed with 5 penalty points and he was given a small financial penalty.

A very good outcome in a potentially difficult case.
