Our client was charged with speeding at 45mph in a 30mph limit on Stockiemuir Road, Bearsden. The method of detection in this case was the Unipar SL700. The Crown failed to prepare the case sufficiently for trial and the matter was deserted by the court due to a lack of evidence. This was another case where our client was subject to the totting-up provisions.
