Celtic Goalkeeper Found Not Guilty Driving Without A Licence
We successfully represented a Celtic goalkeeper who had been accused of driving unsupervised with a provisional driving licence and without displaying 'L' plates on Great Western Road.
We were asked to investigate and it became apparent that the police whilst acting in good faith were not entirely sure of the law relating to driving on international driving licences. The matter was resolved by a telephone call between ourselves and the Procurator Fiscal's Office. The case was discontinued without our client having to attend Court.
Kept Licence!
