Our client was accused of knocking down a pedestrian by driving without due care and attention, contrary to the Road Traffic Act 1988, Section 3 (aka 'careless driving').

The case called for trial at Glasgow JP Court on 2nd August 2023, and following rigorous cross-examination of the Crown witnesses, our client was found NOT GUILTY of the charge.
