Airdrie Hit and Run Case Deserted

Our client was accused of colliding with a vehicle and leaving the scene without first exchanging his details with the lady whose car he supposedly damaged.

We were instructed to plead 'Not Guilty' and defend the case. 

Mr Simpson attended on two separate occasions for Trial and, on the second occasion when the Crown once more attempted to postpone the matter due to its own failure to properly prepare the case, made legal submissions which led to the dismissal of the case.

Not guilty.
