Totter Red Light Camera Case Not Guilty

There is often a misconception that camera cases cannot be challenged in court. Nothing could be further from the truth. These cases involve a complex chain of technical evidence and the Crown often fail to get their house in order. In this particular case our client was subject to the totting-up provisions however was acquitted of the charge due to a technical difficulty for the Crown in relation to the proof of the charge.
