Motorbikes Racing On M74 Lanark Minimum Endorsement

Our client was charged with another individual with racing on the M74. Both accused were riding motorbikes and the Crown alleged speeds in excess of 100mph. At the end of the case our client was still free to ride his Ducati as the court was persuaded that the matter could be dealt with by way of a minimum penalty endorsement of three points.
