Our client was subject to the totting-up provisions and received court papers for a fresh speeding matter proceeding at Falkirk Justice of the Peace Court. The Crown alleged our client had been travelling at 55mph within a 30mph limit. Our client was found not guilty after trial following a technical line of defence.
