Falkirk Speeding Charge No Case To Answer

The locus of the alleged speeding offence was Old Redding Road, just off the Main Street in Falkirk. Police officers had pointed their Unipar SL700 at our client’s vehicle which registered a speed of 59mph within the 30mph restriction conveyed by a council road order. We were able to identify a number of technical lines of defence in relation to the operation of the speed gun and the speed limit order itself and our client was found not guilty of speeding as a result.
