Careless Driving Charge Dropped

Our client had been accused of careless driving by colliding with another vehicle and then making off without stopping to exchanging his details. The allegation we were told was entirely without merit. We conducted extensive investigations into the alleged incident and presented our findings directly to the Procurator Fiscal in Aberdeen. We persuaded the Procurator Fiscal to drop the case entirely on the basis of the evidence that our investigations had uncovered. We thoroughly investigate and prepare every case that we take on and in many instances the prosecutor can be persuaded by us to discontinue proceedings.
