Not Guilty Of Failing To Stop & Report

Sometimes the evidence in a case is just lacking and the Crown was persuaded in this case that there was insufficient evidence for a conviction. There was also a charge of attempting to pervert the course of justice and we are pleased to say our client's not guilty pleas to all three charges was accepted by the Crown.
