Not Guilty Insufficient Evidence

The law imposes certain duties on a driver to stop and provide details in the event of an accident. The law also imposes certain obligations on the Crown to adduce sufficient evidence to justify a conviction which they failed to do on this occasion and our client was acquitted of the charge.
