Not Guilty Dangerous Driving Charge Inverness

Our client was charged with dangerous driving by crossing over double solid white lines and deliberately braking suddenly in wet conditions thereby causing a collision on the A9 at Nuide in Newtonmore. Another road rage type case however it became clear as the evidence was released by the Crown that the driving complained of was not at a level to justify conviction for dangerous driving. We approached the Crown and agreed a plea to the lesser charge of careless driving and our client received a modest six penalty point endorsement.
