Our client had orginally been charged with speeding at 59mph in a 30mph limit on Cowal Road in Glasgow. The treatment of high speeds in low limits varies throughout the courts however our client's driving licence was under threat on any view of it. Whilst our reputation for securing acquittals in speeding cases is well known, negotiating a plea to a reduced speed can be an equally effective tactic for removing the risk of disqualification.
