Deferred Sentence For Representation Against Disqualification

Our client had received an ominous letter from Dumfries Justice of the Peace Court following his plea of guilty to a speeding charge which requested his personal appearance at court to make representations against the imposition of a period of disqualification. Quite sensibly our client enlisted our services and we were in a position to persuade the court that the matter did not have to result in a period of disqualification and four penalty points were subsequently imposed.
