Exceptional Hardship Proof Success Edinburgh

Our client was a very nice man indeed who had inadvertently forgotten to renew his insurance policy. He was on the verge of a disqualification via the 'totting-up' rules. 

Our Mr Simpson appeared at Edinburgh Justice of the Peace Court on Friday 15th October 2024 and successfully argued that the loss of our client's licence would have resulted in exceptional hardship being caused to our client and others dependent upon his driving entitlement.

His licence was endorsed with penalty points but he was not disqualified.
