Driving At Twice The Speed Limit & Evading Police Capture

This case involved speeds of twice the applicable limit together with the allegation that our client deliberately failed to stop for a marked Police vehicle on the A713 Castle Douglas to Ayr Road. The incident continued on to the A75 Gretna to Stranraer Road.
