Dangerous Driving On A9 Deserted By Prosecutor
Our client was charged with dangerous driving on A9 by failing to keep proper control of his motorcycle, entering the opposing carriageway and causing another vehicle to take evasive action contrary to the Road Traffic Act 1988, Section 2 (as amended). Our client was facing at least 12 months mandatory disqualification with an order to resit an extended driving test. Following representations made to the Procurator Fiscal, the case was discontinued and no penalty attached to his licence.
