After the Trial our client was found not guilty of dangerous driving and was instead convicted of the much less serious alternative charge of careless driving. Her licence was endorsed with 8 penalty points so that she could continue to drive and continue in her employment. This was a case that was won on the strength of our advocacy skills as opposed to any loopholes or technicalities.
