Dangerous Driving Ayr Sheriff Court Not Guilty

This case involved an allegation of dangerous driving on the A77 southbound. The charge involved failing to give way in poor weather conditions, tailgating other road users and traversing the carriageway markings. The case proceeded to trial and our client was found not guilty of dangerous driving.
