Dangerous Driving At Speeds In Excess Of 100mph
Our client was charged with dangerous driving by travelling at speeds in excess of 100mph and performing overtaking manouevres when unsafe to do so. The applicable speed limit at the locus was 60mph. We were in a position to negotiate a plea to a reduced charge of careless driving and the Sheriff was persuaded to refrain from imposing a period of disqualification and opted to endorse our client's licence with penalty points.
