Dangerous Driving By Speeding Through Roundabout The Wrong Way

The case involved an allegation that our client had driven at excessive speeds and through a roundabout in an anti-clockwise direction. Following representations made to the Crownl, the charge was dropped to careless driving and the court was persuaded to impose only 7 penalty points and a modest fine.
