Dangerous Driver Received 4 Penalty Points

Our client was accused of dangerous driving and contacted our office to discuss his options.

Following months of negotiations, the Procurator Fiscal accepted our client's plea of guilty to the statutory alternative of careless driving. 

Our Mr Simpson appeared at Stranraer Sheriff Court on 12th August 2024 and addressed the Court in mitigation.

Having considered all of the information, the Sheriff agreed with Mr Simpson's submissions and endorsed our client's with 4 penalty points and fined him £470.
